We have set up in a ballroom off Michigan Avenue, a converted West Loop warehouse and a terrace club up by the lake, and the advance work is the same each time: floor plan, power spec, load-in window, set times. Chicago is a 4.5 hour drive from our Detroit base, so there is no travel day and no airfare in your quote.

How a Chicago date runs
Travel
Detroit is a 4.5 hour drive down I-94, so Chicago needs no travel day. We arrive the morning of the show with hours in hand.
Setup
90-minute setup, 30-minute soundcheck, two 20A circuits and about 16 by 12 ft of floor for The Revue.
Good to know
We work smoothly in union houses and arrive with the paperwork downtown rooms expect: stage plot, COI and a load-in schedule.
